Asael Pulse is an internal tool used by employees of Asael Digital to assist with client communication on WhatsApp Web. This policy describes what data the extension handles and how it is used.
What we collect
WhatsApp message content from conversations the employee actively views in WhatsApp Web.
WhatsApp contact names of the participants in those conversations.
Chat history files that the employee chooses to upload through the extension.
Employee email and authentication tokens used to sign in to our backend.
How we use it
To generate AI-assisted reply suggestions that are shown only to the signed-in employee in the Chrome side panel.
To store conversation context so suggestions improve over time and remain consistent across sessions.
Data is always associated with the employee's account and used solely for the purpose of drafting client replies.
Where it is stored
All data is stored in our private Supabase database, accessible only by authorized Asael Digital personnel. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer this data to any third party for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Third-party processors
Supabase — data storage and authentication.
Anthropic — used to generate reply suggestions from conversation context.
Retention
Data is retained as long as the employee's account is active. On request, an employee's data is deleted from the backend within 30 days.
Permissions used by the extension
storage — to keep the user signed in and remember preferences.
sidePanel — the entire UI lives in the Chrome side panel.
tabs — to detect when the user is on WhatsApp Web and which conversation is open.
scripting — to read the open WhatsApp conversation so suggestions are context-aware.
Host access to web.whatsapp.com and *.supabase.co — required for the above.
